What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity for most drives is 50.

Can I get samples for evaluation before I place a larger order?

All of our USB flash drives are made to order. Occasionally, we may order extras that can be sent out as samples. If we have the samples available for a particular drive style, we can send the sample out for a $10 shipping fee and a very low sample fee.

How long will it take to get my drives?

From the time we have your approval on the pre-production proof, it usually takes 10 business days to manufacture and prepare your order for shipment. Once you add the transit time from the Chicago, Illinois area to your destination, you will have the total time required for your order.

Can I expedite my order?

Some models such as Maxim, International, USB Wristband, Style 360 and some others can be shipped out faster than the standard turn-around time. Some colors such as white and black can be sent out to your address within 7 to 8 business days. Additionally, Next Day and Second Day shipping services are available at an extra charge.

How do I send a logo or file preload to you?

All of our digital communication is done through email. Please fill out an inquiry form or give us a call to get the email address. If you have been contacted by a representative, please send him/her all the files in an email.

What format do I need to send my artwork/logo in?

The best quality is achieved with vector graphics. The vector graphic files are usually created in Adobe Illustrator® or CorelDraw®. The file extension of the vector graphic files include: AI, EPS, CDR, PSD, or PDF. Files with extensions such as GIF, PNG, JPG, TIFF, or BMP contain raster graphics and may still be used; however results from the vector type files are usually superior. If you only have raster type files, please make sure that the resolution is not less than 400dpi or the size of the artwork is at least 5 times bigger than the imprint size.

How do I pay for my order?

The payment information is collected Online or over the phone. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Is my credit card information secure?

We do not store your credit card information - The credit card information is submitted directly to our PCI compliant processor. Since we do not store your credit card information, we will have to ask for it again on your next order.

I want to make a custom shape USB drive. Where do I start?

We will need specification data for your custom shape. Please provide a CAD drawing or a PDF/JPG with detailed specifications. Once we have your specification information, we will quote the fee for the custom mold. Our custom molds start from $250. If you are happy with our quotation, we can proceed to making the mold and then manufacturing your drives.
